Little Swimmers.

Babies naturally take to water.  When introduced to water properly you and your baby can have a early start to a healthy and fun workout.  We are all born with a natural reflex to hold our breath when under water.

There are a few things to consider regarding safety before bringing your baby swimming.  I reccommend you sign up for a class with a trained water baby instructor before you start dunking.  I would start by contacting your local YMCA.  Instead of a disposable swim diaper please invest in a reusable swim diaper.

-Stronger heart and lungs

-Increased agility, coordination, and alertness

-stronger sense of trust with parents.
